Orders & Tracking

Once order is placed, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will be charged once it is ready to be shipped. In the occasion that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email stating if there is a back order with option to accept item at a later date. We will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Once order has been shipped an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number will be sent.




Returns

All Returns must be approved in advance by obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 7 days of receiving merchandise.

To obtain please

1. Emails us at returns@shopatlime.com. Please include your name, address, phone number, and order number along with reason for return.
2. You will be issued RA#
3. Clearly printed on the outside of returned packages the RA#.
IMPORTANT: Any items returned without obtaining an RA will be automatically sent back to customer at customer’s expense.
4. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.


Regular priced items can be returned within 7 days of the date from which the order was received by you. Policy applies only to full-price apparel and shoes. Return policy not applicable to special orders, any sale or clearance items, or intimates. Please note that items must be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached in their received placement. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box as it is considered part of the whole product. We are unable to return items which are scratched or dirty. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions and reserve the right to deny a full refund if merchandise is sent back in unfavorable condition. All correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card and will exclude shipping costs.
