Regular priced items can be returned within 7 days of the date from which the order was received by you. Policy applies only to full-price apparel and shoes. Return policy not applicable to special orders, any sale or clearance items, or intimates. Please note that items must be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached in their received placement. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box as it is considered part of the whole product. We are unable to return items which are scratched or dirty. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions and reserve the right to deny a full refund if merchandise is sent back in unfavorable condition.
